Just like our patient with the big wedding event, this young physician wanted to look his best for graduation. Genetically, his upper two teeth never grew in. He came to Dr. Rich hoping to feel more confident with his smile. After a thorough discussion, Dr. Rich recommended dental implants. He began by placing the dental implants where the missing teeth once were. After a short healing period, a bridge and crowns were placed to give him a perfect smile.
