Completing Paperwork
Your first visit with us is an important appointment. We need to gather some information about you so that we can provide you with the best care. Once your appointment has been scheduled you will receive a link to fill out your new patient paperwork via your mobile device or computer. Please arrive at our office about 5 minutes before your appointment time.
While you relax in our cozy reception area, please enjoy a complimentary bottled water. You will be seen promptly at your appointment time because we know your time is valuable.
Getting to Know Our Team
We will introduce you to our team members, and if you don’t have current X-rays, our dental assistant will take a series of digital X-rays and intra-oral photos to document the current condition of your teeth. Our dentist will review all of your information, and evaluate the condition of your teeth and gums.
Next, you will meet one of our skilled hygienists, who will clean your teeth, talk to you about any problems you are experiencing, and answer your questions. Your hygienist will be happy to provide personalized pointers for getting the most out of your oral hygiene.
Reviewing Your Financial Options
When you are ready to leave, a member of our front desk team will be happy to go over the financial aspects of your treatment and schedule any necessary appointments.
